    Hmm. I IF, so I haven't eaten anything. But I'm considering either a bowl of fiber cereal with fruit or a potato with eggs and salsa. I'm craving both but won't have the room in my tummy.

    I normally do a tuna wrap, but today it was an egg salad wrap, a banana and Hot Chocolate coconut milk.

    I had an omelette (1 egg, 3 egg whites) with mushroom and bacon with the fat removed, green beans and broccoli!

    Well...........it was supposed to be KFC Grilled Chicken thighs, but they didn't have any grilled chicken at all! PMO, so I went to Wendy's and had a Baconator...minus the bun (keto here).

    Baked broccoli and shrimp. I minced a bunch of garlic and baked 4oz broccoli mixed in it for 20 mins, then threw 7oz shrimp (marinated in a tbsp bbq sauce) on the tray for another 10. 216 cals.

    chicken taco salad with grilled onions and peppers, chicken, romaine and spinach, tomato, yellow chile salsa, and half an avocado. MMMMMMM!

    A take home order of Pasta e Fagioli from Olive Garden and a banana.

    Breakfast was a lot heavier this morning, I ate a plate of Linguine di Mare and a bread stick. The plate is pretty tasty, also filling for around 600 calories.

    I usually have leftovers, or a sandwich (whole-wheat pita, turkey, sharp cheddar, hummus, tomato if in season, and a lettuce mix).
