the weather here in MD is looking to be nasty this week. . .5:30 AM it was already disgusting. . I'm wondering if it's bad to go to bed early, set my alarm for like 2 am, get up, do my exercises, and go to bed(and get to sleep in), to utlize the cooler hours of the night? No central AC, have no desire to go to a gym, so trying to figure out the best way to do this :P

Personally I say exercise whenever you can!!!! Not exercising is worse than exercising at unGodly hours! LOL If you can do it and still get the rest your body needs, I say go for it!0

I've actually done this. Not purposely but if I can't sleep, I'll get up and work out.0
