You can't direct fat loss to a specific part of the body, unfortunately, but work on healthy weight loss & it will come off eventually. Here's a great starting point: http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/1080242/a-guide-to-get-you-started-on-your-path-to-sexypants

We can't spot reduce unfortunately and the belly is inclined to be the last to go. You will have to eat at deficit and lose a few more pounds which will help.

I've also found strength training has been great at reducing my tum, I still have a small tummy but its MUCH improved.

There are several threads about belly fat, hopefully someone will post a link to those as they are great reading.

In the kitchen, if you want that fat to come off it starts in the kitchen, low carb diet, low fat foods, plenty of veggies and fruits and lean meats
