Eggs, cereal, toast, yoghurt, anything you like - doesn't have to be typical breakfast food2

I am always running out the door and honestly eating in the morning makes my stomach hurt... i like carnation instant breakfast0

Banana pancake.
1 egg, 1 banana, mashed together and cooked like a pancake in oil. I use coconut oil. Also I add cinnamon and a tbsp of ground flax seed to my mix. Texture takes a bit to get used to, but tastes awesome!6 -

I love breakfast burritos, grits with a poached egg, an omelette, frittata, really it can be anything you like1

Overnight oatmeal. Make it the night before, grab and go in the am. Only thing that keeps me satisfied until lunch.0

Same every day
Egg or egg whites cooked with a bit of margerine
English muffin
Slice lower fat cheese
A fruit of some sort: right now pomelos are good, so 1/3 or 1/2 of one or a large apple
Espresso
If I am hungry then maybe a Greek yogurt to finish.

eat what you want...letting go of the thought that I HAD to eat breakfast food for breakfast was super liberating! Now, I'll have a cheese sandwich, or some chicken and an apple...whatever I feel like!3
