Hello! I have used caloriecount.com for several years and as they are shutting down, I decided to come here. I am specifically looking for friends who are also doing the 5:2 Diet. Would love to get to know community!

Welcome! I've done various IF protocols for the weight loss phase and now maintenance (ADF, then 5:2 and now 16:8IF).
