Does anyone like it . I'm trying to add a lot more veggies and clean eating

    I like it a lot. It can be good for gut health IF it hasn't been pasteurized (check the label). I'd consider it more of a seasoning than a veggie though. Couldn't eat a big bowl of it.

    Kimchi is awesome. A good breakfast idea is an eggwhite omelette with kimchi mixed in. Topped with some chives and a dash of soy sauce and some sriracha.

    I try to eat a variety of fermented foods to promote healthy gut health. I like to add it to salads or veggie tacos.

    I absolutely love it, even though it can feel,like someone's punching me in the face as I'm eating it, it's so strong tasting.

    The one bad thing I can say about it is it's high in sodium. But the amount of goodies in it make it worth it (garlic,onions,ginger).

    I like kimchi it, especially if it's super spicy. It is stinky if you aren't the one eating it though.

    I love it, eat it right out of the container. Never thought of using it as an ingredient, may have to try that.

    Kimchi is a fridge staple in our house. Not great re: sodium as @omakase619 pointed out. But dang if kimchi omelettes aren't delicious.

    I love it, and as someone else mentioned, I can (and do) eat it right out of the jar. It has few calories and really spices up everything you eat it with. For me, that speaks to satiety and I find I can eat less of something if its full of flavour. Regarding the expression "clean eating", there are so many interpretations of that phrase as to render it meaningless now.

    I am Korean so YES! There are many kinds of kimchi, most are familiar with the Chinese cabbage type, but it can be made with dikon, cucumber, and other vegetables.

    Kimchi fried rice is delicious!

    I lived in Korea for two years and it was a daily addition to my diet. I had never felt so good (digestive/healthwise) while living in Korea. Managed to lose most of my weight and keep it off while there. I was also eating the Korean diet most of the time (rice, fish, veggies). Not sure if kimchi was a contributing factor, but I was doing something right!

    My husband, on the other hand, didn't do well with kimchi. I guess if you're sensitive to chillies it might give you problems

    I can usually eat it once, and then not again for like 6 months. Sometimes it's just so intense. I also don't really eat rice, so it's not that fun to just eat on it's own or with a piece of meat..for me.

    love Kimchi and make kimchi fried rice. So good, fermented foods are very good for you. It was one of the reasons that many Korean doctors think SARS did not affect Korea

    I've never had it, currently not supposed to eat peppers/nightshade vegetables, but interested in digestive health. Any kimchi without peppers?

    I like it. White rice, kimchi, fried egg :) or just a bite of it as a snack.

    Never ought of the sauerkraut with sriracha,good tip! Yes I'm an addict to kimchi, even dragged my husband to the kimchi festival near DC a few years ago, he was a good sport.
