Hi everyone, I'm new to this and I can use some new friends. Add me, I need to get motivated. My weakness is sugar & bread. Some days are harder then others. I log everyday I REALLY want to lose more wight. It's hard doing it on my own. With a support system I feel I'll be able to reach my goal.

    Hi my name is Gary. We can do this. I too have just started. 5 days in. I finally feel like I have control of my weight. It is simple math, calories consumed - calories burned = guaranteed weight lose. MFP make tracking calories in/out very easy. Good Luck.
