As of right now, I generally eat my smallest meal in the evening. Sometimes it may just be a protein bar or some chocolate. I get in my exercise early in the day, so I have bigger meals to fuel properly. Unless I get super super busy, I'm not one of those people who can do cardio and just fast until later.0

It varies for me depending on how hungry I am2
-
I have a bigger breakfast and lunch generally and a late dinner that's usually lighter0
-
My personal preference has always been to eat the majority of my calories later in the day.1
-
I eat about half my calories for breakfast and lunch and the other half plus my exercise adjustment for dinner and a snack after dinner.0
-
I have a small breakfast on training days but I have a BIG breakfast on other days as it's usually breakfast & lunch together and smaller meals throughout rest of day0
-
I eat most of my calories after 7pm1
-
I try to eat evenly through the day0

Usually early. Today late. On my work week days I have a big breakfast which is usually a bit more than I have for dinner followed by a small lunch. On weekends I usually try to have my meals more evenly allocated.0

our biggest meal is dinnee and usually late.. like 10-12. Its my favorite meal and work out at night before dinnee.0

Middle of the day for me.0

Depends, day to day.
My days usually consist of a small breakfast (smoothie or yogurt), a large lunch, and a small dinner or snack-meal in the evenings. If I feel particularly munchy, I will skip breakfast and have a smaller lunch in the early afternoon. This leaves me with plenty of calories for the rest of the day so I can have a huge dinner.0 -
Oddly enough my meals have been pretty comparable in calories between breakfast/lunch/dinner. But in general my dinner is the biggest- i eat kind of early compared to others (at 5) and don't eat afterwards..0

Late, usually. I do shift work and often work 3-9, and exercise after that. Then, I take a bath, relax, and eat my "main" meal of the day. I've tried eating smaller meals throughout the day before, but what usually happens is either:
A) I forget / don't have time to eat
Somehow end up causing my chronic digestive problems to flare up due to eating food that doesn't agree, forgetting to take my enzymes, or just because my stomach hates me0 -
Late. I generally don't have much control over my dinner, so i allot it as much calories as i can so i don't go to bed hungry.0

Middle of the day. I'm not hungry early in the morning or at night.3

I tend to eat most calories at night, when I am at home and food is more accessible. That way I have basically saved calories during the day for the dinner and evening snacks I usually have planned.1
-
Depends on the day...yesterday I went out for a brunch and that was my heaviest meal...we kept dinner light and had soup.0
-
I tend to eat a little, often, so my "meals" tend to be around the same amounts. I also have a funky schedule, so that is often just easier for me to snack on and off all day. If I DO eat proper meals, my heaviest tends to be dinner, but sometimes it's lunch if I'm working the evening shift at work. Occasionally I'll have a late and big brunch.
TL;DR, it depends0 -

I try and get my carbs in me after the gym (I workout in the morning) so my breakfast is 7-9 oz of chicken and 1 serving of this rice thing I make (it's just rice and veggies)0 -
Lunch, I do big lunch. Smaller breakfast and supper. I can more easily skip breakfast or supper, too, without really suffering. I'm thin and have consistently confounded my co-workers over the years because they see me eating enough for two or three people at lunch, but I am more restrained with the other meals.
Occasionally I'll have a big breakfast and light lunch, or not eat much in the day because supper will be big, but 90% of the time the mid-day meal is the big one for me, and that is what feels best.0 -
I have a larger dinner. I have a very physical job so I find it easy to eat a smaller breakfast and lunch and have a nice relaxing larger dinner.0

I usually eat more than half my calories in the evening.0
-
I've been doing a big brunch and a slightly bigger dinner lately.0
-
I'm happy to eat a small breakfast and lunch, but start to feel deprived if I can't have a substantial dinner. So I have 40-50% of my calories for breakfast and lunch, and the rest for dinner and a snack.1
-
depends on my hunger level and what i have available. sometimes i'll have a light breakfast and a big dinner, and on other days i will eat 2/3 of my calorie allowance for breakfast, and a very light dinner.when there are leftovers, i will usually have them as breakfast.if i have to cook,it will be a big afternoon meal and nothing for dinner.Every day is different really.0
