Just wanted to share that I had such a great workout this morning. I went to the gym and the girl at the counter addressed me BY NAME.(WOW, what a great feeling to know that she even knew it and that I go there often enough for her to recall it)
I did my regular strength training routine and then really hit the treadmill hard today, I pumped up my speed from 3.5 to 3.7 mph and held strong through the whole 50 minutes. YEAH!!

Finished up my workout and still felt energized instead of exhuasted. I was really worried since I hadn't been there in four days...

    Thank YOU for sharing; isn`t it amazing how good a persons smile can make us feel or just having them address us by name?

    I LOVE it when I end a workout feeling energized! It's a great endorphin rush ... nice job!
