I just started MFP to log my meals. Prior to this I worked out consistently for the last year and really hadn't lost weight although I did see physical changes. Last week I decided to get serious and start logging meals. In the last week I lost 2.6 pounds. This app really works! I'm excited for what the future holds!! :)

    Yep, loving the help that logging everything gives! It gives a clearer sense of what you can and can't have and the protein tracker is really useful for muscle build!
