Hi, everyone. I have joined Myfitnesspal several times and always have up, however I have never felt so motivated (getting married this August) and want to lose the 2 stone I have gained over the past 3 years! Does anyone know how to calculate Kettlebell training as it doesn't show on exercises?
Many thanks

It's a tricky one because there are lots of different things you can do with a KB but once I'd researched it and the likely burns I adapted a circuit training entry. As long as you know there's a margin of error it at least gives you an idea.0

Most workouts can be logged as circuit training. If you are doing a workout where strength is the focus, log it as strength training.0

Op what are u doing with the kb. Is it a class or are you just using it in training? If you can be specific we'll be able to give you a better answer.0
