ok this may seem silly but i need every free calorie possible lol. so in this lean cuisine meal i ate just the pasta pieces and not any extra sauce. how many calories do you think i can shave off by not eating the sauce kfvj0owfqy7k.jpg

Since you didn't weigh it before hand you are going to have to assume that the 226 grams is correct and that it's 310 calories for the total package, that equals approximately 1.37 calories per gram. So now you have to weigh what's left and multiply it by 1.37 and that will be your calories.

Yes, just log the whole thing.

You'll make yourself OCD batty about food if you obsess over just a few calories here or there.

This ^. Most of the calories are in the ravioli anyway. Log the whole thing, and if you go over by 20 cals or something today, no big deal. Some days you're over by 20, some days you're under.

that looks like about 1/4 - 1/3 cup of tomato sauce and spinach ... and maybe it has a bit of fat in the sauce ... how many ravioli did you eat? ... you can always check for how many calories in the ravioli number you ate ... 9 mini cheese ravioli is 1 serving.

12 mini cheese ravioli ... brand Celentano ... are 290 calories. ... did you count how many you ate? ...

When i make them for myself and use 1/2 cup tomato sauce, I can only have 9 of them otherwise the cals get to be too high for my meal.

The sauce will have the least amount of calories from it all. Just log the whole thing or add a negative 1/8 cup or so of a generic spaghetti sauce.
