    It's basically a 10 day cleanse to flush your body and prepare it for fueling it correctly. No juices, no liquid diets. I do know of a few products that can help, but not pushing those (can list them if wanted). Just seeing if anyone might be interested in accountability and community.

    If it isn't a juice or liquid cleanse what is it? I've never heard of a cleanse like that.
