I lost 83 lbs using MFP before, but I gained 117 lbs back after getting married and experimenting with different anxiety medications. I'm back and hoping to lose 150 lbs. Anyone that would like to add me is welcomed to!0

I am definitely am aiming for around the same goals as you. For at the top end of the normal BMI scale, for my height, I'm needing to lose 120. So my goal is 120-150 pounds (to be at the bottom of the "normal")

Hi, I am 35, First time to MFP, on a keto diet with more crossfit workouts, won a 3 mo. body transformation contest through my crossfit box Dark Leopard Crossfit in Calgary, AB.....its day 3.....i would like to lose 50 lbs, but will have more to do and trying to make some lifestyle changes on this journey also. good luck with your journey, are you on a program, when did you start?0
