HI LADIES,
It's almost that time of month and I've been doing so good with my eating habits but the cravings are sneaking up. (SALT) it seems this month! How do you not sabatoge your eating habits during this time?! Request me.

    I increase my fat macro by 100 calories or so and it seems to help.

    Salt doesn't have any calories. Unless you have a medical condition such as high blood pressure I wouldn't worry about it.

    Popcorn! Pop it yourself and sprinkle some salt on it or get something like Boom Chicka Pop or Skinny Pop. You get a nice sized bowl for low calories, and the volume can be filling for some.
