    1/11/17 - 208.6 lbs.
    1/18/17 - 208.2 lbs.

A small loss but a loss nonetheless. Another birthday party this past weekend and I didn't plan ahead. I know what I need to do, it's just a matter of doing it.

Good luck and keep up the good work!!
