Sounds a lot more like the chicken and tortilla only lol (sorry :-/)0

The fresco chicken taco only comes with chicken tortilla and a mixture of tomatoes, onions. But it is 150 calories as is. I went on their website a while back to make sure. Hope this helps!0

I thought "Fresco" was their light line....with no cheese, no sour cream just that pico stuff, meat and tortilla....??0

I had one on Saturday for the first time and it was just chicken, tortilla and lettuce and tomato. So I am assuming since it came that way straight from the menu, thats 150 calories. Cheese and sour cream would def. be more.0

On Taco Bell's site they have a calorie calculator for their foods. Try that.

Fresco line doesn't come with sour cream or cheese0

That's the same as on their website, so I would assume it is as they prepare it.0

Vancemarylln is right, its the Fresco taco and the calorie count includes everything. They offer a full fresco menu now... perfect for when you have 'a moment' and really crave taco bell. There are a few fresco taco options that come in at 150 cal. :-)0

Go to http://www.tacobell.com/nutrition/calculator ~ you can enter what you ate & it will tell you the nutritional info. For a Fresco Chicken soft taco with the tortilla, chicken, salsa & lettuce is 150 calories.

I encourage you to always look on the restaurant's website to verify MFP calculations. For some reason, the calculations on MFP are all over the place. But the fresco menu never includes cheese, sour cream or other sauces, it's the onion/tomato salsa, meat, and tortilla.0

Yes, one complete fresco taco (tortilla, meat, tomatoes, and onions) is 150 calories.0

"Fresco" at Taco Bell means no sour cream, no cheese , and replaced with "Fresco" sauce which is essentially pico de gallo. A regular Soft Taco Supreme (with sour cream, cheese, lettuce, and tomato) has about 230 calories and 11 grams of fat. About what you'd expect if you made it at home, really. From a straight nutrition standpoint, I find Taco Bell products to generally be pretty close to what the normal "home made" versions are. Obviously that's going with traditional full fat ingredients, not substituting with turkey instead of beef, or low fat sour cream, etc.
So I usually don't mind hitting Taco Bell when I want a taco.
EDIT: For a chicken soft taco supreme you'd be looking at about 200 calories and 8 grams of fat. So, going fresco saves about 50 calories and 4 grams of fat.0 -
that taco only has chicken taco shell, lettuce, and salsa. so the calorie count does make sense to me.

I just checked the taco bell website and asked my daughter, who works at taco bell and both say that the calories for the entire
fresco chicken taco is 150 calories.0 -
honey, it's gotta be just the chicken and tortilla bc the cheese by itself is almost 100 calories alone. besides, leave that taco bell stuff alone, it has wAy too many calories and it's not that good for u anyway. just go to the groceries and buy all the fixings and make it home urself!0

The Fresco Taco's don't have the sour cream or cheese. So the 150 calories are the total for the tortilla, chicken, lettuce & salsa that they put on it. If you're getting the regular taco, the calories really add up!0
