Hi everyone! I am new to this site. Still trying to figure it out. My doctor said I have to lose weight or I may die. I have had recent cranial surgery due to pressure in my head, and he said that I need to lose weight to help reduce the pressure. Only problem is I cant exercise, because when I do, my head starts pounding. I have started eating less, and I am really struggling, because I absolutely LOVE food! Need a lot of encouragement and prayers! Thanks in advance!

You will find that if you make healthy choices you can really eat a lot of food. You can eat a lot of salad for very little calories in you skimp on the salad dressing. Vegetables and fruit are good fiber adding low calorie foods as well. The more fiber you get from bulky vegetables, the longer you will feel full. I was never a veggie fan but when I saw how well they fit into my calorie count, I became a much bigger fan. Have you discussed exercise with your doctor? Is there any arm exercise you could do from a seated position, perhaps? I would look to the doctor for advice there on what he/she feels would be suitable! Good luck and I hope you feel better soon!

You can absolutely lose weight without exercising. Take one day at a time, and try a different approach, a new hobby, something to change your focus off food. You can do it!0
