Hi all, I am 53 y/o and not in the best physical fitness but I have begun a walking program and modified my diet. I am rejoining MFP after about a 9 month sabbatical. In need of motivation and support buddies to keep me on track and accountable. Here's to a new, happy and healthy 2017.

You can do this But you need to stick with it through the tough times, take one day at a time and be pleased with your efforts each day there will be huge rewards. Good luck0
