Hey guys, I've just had a weigh-in using a scale that calculates weight, body fat %, muscle weight, water weight, bone mass and BMR amongst other things.
But I'm a bit confused how to work out daily calories based on my BMR (1518kcal). I do CrossFit 3-4 days a week.
Can anyone help? The MFP guided set up has my daily cals at about 1600 but I struggle to reach that amount most days and think I'm not eating enough...
