Hi!
When I log food - meat weight- is it cooked weight or raw?
Like 4oz of chicken... raw or cooked?

  It should be specified in the entry. If you weigh it raw, use "raw". If you weigh it cooked, use an appropriate entry.

  Most often it's the raw/uncooked weight
