This thread is one in which a new fitness and dietary challenge is posted each week. The challenges begin on Monday. Lets keep this rolling!

Here are the challenges/format to post for this week: (ANY one can join in at ANY time!)

FITNESS CHALLENGE:
Complete 70 Burpees this week. That’s an average of 10 burpees a Day (does not have to be consecutive).

DIETARY CHALLENGE:
Eat 5 fruits and veggies a day

Here is the format to post your updates and track your progress: (can be copy/pasted to post daily, weekly, whenever!)

MON – Burpees: ## ~ F / V = #
TUES – Burpees: ## ~ F / V = #

    Are we able to join if we just complete the blurpee challange? I don't eat the f/v I need to and I am lucky to get in one a day.
    I would still like to do the blurpee challenge. :)

    Yes, you will just count your fruits and veggies daily count as zero.

    ****Hand up***** Please Miss, can I be excused the burpees? Can't do them as had op on foot & they put too much pressure on it. At gym, I do press-ups (from knees) instead. I'll happily to that for you.


    2 clementines; apple; OJ; spinach & green beans on f/v menu for today - I'll even eat @Soon2BMrsRamo's share if you let me off the burpees......:laugh:

    I'd like to get in on this. Haven't done burpees since being in the Marines many years ago but they are a great exercise. Require very little space and need no equipment.

    i hate burpees too but i'm going to give it a go, fruit and veg should be easier this time as i just bought a new blender for smoothies!

    I'm in for the burpees. I can't say fruits/veggies are my thing. But, I will try to eat some this week, ;p.

    I'm in! Haven't done a burpee since highschool (about 20 yrs ago!) and not too certain if these poor joints can handle them. But, count me in! Starting tomorrow...
