Not intense of a workout?

If I'm not shaking or sweating during my weight lifting program my coach gave me does that mean I'm not getting a good workout in? I don't want to be wasting time here

At the beginning, it will not be too intense. As you progress, you will notice a difference. What is your routine and how much are you progressing each week?0

Here is how you know you are getting a good workout in: every week you are increase volume (Volume = weight x reps x sets). And I don't mean in every move, but overall volume should increase.
Albeit, some days you may not increase volume for various reasons and it just might be a bad day.1 -
