I dont knw from where to start but i realy want to lose 5kgs can anybody please suggest me wt n wt not i should do

You should enter your stats in to MFP, set a realistic goal for weight loss (if you only have 5kg to lose, this will be a small amount weekly) and log all of your accurately weighed (solids) and measured (liquids) food/drink so you don't go over the calorie goal.0

There is absolutely no reason to avoid added sugar unless they have a health issue and sweeteners are also fine
Sugar is all very well but with high levels of prediabetic and levels of obesity at all time high maybe there's something to avoiding avoiding this cheap nutrition sorce. I followed a low fat diet going for so called healthier option for years and always struggled. I'm not saying avoid sugar it's the amount of added sugar that can be the issue. It's about what's right for the individual.0 -
