Lower carb

Hi. Since trying to lose weight I am reducing my calories but carbs are a huge percentage of my daily food. Has anyone got examples of daily food that isn't carb free but about 30% carb?

    You would just need to play with your diary...set it to 30% and then as you log, you'll need to figure out what you want to cut out or back on to achieve that objective...it will involve eating more meat and dietary fat...a higher intake of vegetables and less consumption of grains, lentils, legumes, starches, etc...

    There are any number of things that you could include or eliminate to achieve that end...it's really up to you and playing around with your diary.
