Anyone have any simple canned tuna recipes? Normally I'll eat it straight out of the can I'm looking to switch it up a bit.

I usually do tuna two ways:

    1) tuna, mayo, diced red onion, diced celery, chopped bread and butter pickles, a dollop of ketchup and a smaller one of mustard, S&P to taste

    2) tuna, mayo, diced red onion, diced celery, chopped fresh dill, lemon juice, lemon zest, S&P to taste

    I like @JenHuedy's idea...

A friend of mine used to make it this way:

    3 cans tuna
1 to 1.5 cups of Quaker 100% Natural Granola Cereal
    .33 cup of honey

He was quite strange in many other ways, too.

My favorite is to add Mayo, dill pickle relish, and diced onion all to taste. But Mayo is so many calories so sometimes I do fat free sour cream (usually like full fat but I like to use a lot for tuna) and a dash of soy sauce instead of Mayo. Different flavor but still delicious

I keep mine pretty simple: mayo, diced celery or bell pepper, dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt/pepper, and Sriracha.

I generally just mix up the standard tuna salad recipe. Lately I've been switching between two variations:

tuna, yellow mustard to taste, hot and sweet pickles, and a smidge of mayo
    OR
tuna, a little light miracle whip, and this stuff called Wickles sandwich spread (it's a spicy pickle/pepper relish...yum!)

I eat them in a spinach wrap or stuffed in raw bell pepper halves.

tuna salad wrap...can of tuna, a bit of mayo, add in whatever suits your fancy. Lay a bed of lettuce on a wrap, add the tuna salad mixture, then wrap :)

This is my favorite. I eat this at least once a week, and I use canned salmon with pico de gallo, and eat with avocado.

I love adding mustard, a little light mayo, pickles, and red onion
Or calorie wise Italian dressing and pickles
Or with helluva good dip and pickles

    Basically, it needs pickles.

I like to take English muffins and put tuna with a little mayo and lots of Dijon on, and I throw in pepper jack cheese on the muffin if I've got the calories left, with lettuce and tomato. Mmm.

Snack of Tuna salad on Ritz cracker snacks ... make you favorite tuna salad mixture and dollop a tablespoon between 2 Ritz crackers. Have 2 as a snack.

Meal of Salad with lettuce, chopped vegetables and drained tuna as the protein.

Meal of 1 Russet potato sliced thin and either pan fried or oven baked served with a can of drained tuna and a pickle

Meal of Tuna cakes ... like crab cakes but made with Tuna, ... use a dry mashed potato (no butter or milk/cream, just potato) instead of crackers or breadcrumbs in the mixture along with an egg, scallions, seasonings of your choice and fashion into small cakes then gently dredge the patties through flour before skillet frying to crisp the surface on both sides. Serve with lemon wedges, sliced tomatoes and cucumber. 2 Cakes per serving. Makes 4 cakes

Meal of Tuna Salad stuffed tomato ... served on a bed of shredded lettuce with 2 saltine crackers and lemon wedge.

Tip on Tuna salad ... you can use ranch dressing or yogurt instead of mayo for the mixture, but you really only need about 1 teaspoon of mayo to make tuna salad. A little goes a long way.

Stove top Italian tuna casserole - add tuna to canned tomatoes, Italian seasoning, and garlic. Add cooked noodles or macaroni and heat through. Top with a little parmesan and it's done!

Definitely smells kinda gnarly but i add paprika, one hard boiled egg and a little mayo and crush it all together. Eat it with a piece of wheat toast or add salsa and spinach if your avoiding gluten.

Hands down the best flavor is you mix the tuna in with some miracle whip and sweet relish. Miracle Whip not only tast better with tuna it has less calories and fat than regular mayo

Instead of bacon and mozarella grated and eggs muffins, you can do mozarella, eggs, and canned tuna in the forms of muffins
