Chicken breast? Skimmed milk? Sometimes it's more important to get your calories in than worry about your macro/ micro nutrients. For 200 cals you can be fairly close.

It's ok to go over your fat/carbs, truly. Those are guidelines to help you try and keep your foods balanced, but it isn't necessary to losing weight. That said, you could some sliced turkey. That's one of my late night go-to's along with some baby carrots, pickles and occasionally some cheese.

You don't have to hit your macros perfectly, it's just something to aim for. Also, if you are using MFPs standard settings, the sugar and fat goals are a little low in my opinion. If you are hungry and have calories left, eat something :).

Steam some pumpkin, dice, run cool water through it, add diced capsicums, red onion and 1/4 can chickpeas. Season with cumin and fat free balsamic . 1cup of this is roughly 75 calories, eat it with a small can of tuna and some green salad leaves

The macros are good things to aim for, but calories are the important thing. My later-night go to snack is microwave light popcorn...3.5 cups a serving for around 150 calories!!!

But if you are already almost at your limit @8:15 you might have to look at your breakfast intake, and adjust that so you can spread it out more even over the day, or look at your daily calorie intake, and adjust that? Looking at what you can eat for the rest of the day is a "point-solution" where you need to look at the bigger picture I guess?

Not really, she's hit her macros, she can use those 200 calories for whatever the heck she fancies. Calories are the primary concern where weight management is concerned and she's not over those.

OP I'd use them for a treat!

I have changed my macros to Carbs 40%. Protein 30%. Fat 30%.
I still stay within my daily kilojoules. I've lost 5 kgs in 5 weeks and I feel great. I have a cluster of autoimmune diseases and already noticed a reduction in symptoms. Although I've now gone to a fully vegan diet I am always satisfied by my meals and snacks.
I think it's important to look at the quality of your food intake and making sure the fats and sugars you have are made up from healthy foods.
