    When I am bulking, I will generally have 2 scoops of whey in 2 cups of 2% milk with 2 pop tarts (I guess I like things in 2s).

    Been cutting for the past 2.5 weeks, so just been having 2 scoops of whey in water while at home (I was on work travel last week, so I was eating hotel breakfast). But have been dropping weight too fast, so I am starting to add in 1-2 boiled eggs as well.

    For me 2 scoops of whey and almond milk right when I wake up then egg sandwich on toasted Ezekiel bread with a slice of pepperjack cheese. Never gets old!

    I've been up since 8:30. Just now eating my "breakfast" - yogurt & cereal and coffee. Some days I prefer to eat later

    But usually stick to Greek yogurt and fruit!

    My breakfast is the same every day of the week, it consists of .. 300ml skimmed milk, 2 scoops of whey isolate, 70g of oats and 1.5 tablespoons of 100% natural peanut butter (blended of course)

    I like the flip sides too. When I get bored eating peach I can indulge in some chocolate. Nom nom

    My favorite is fry up some cabbage (coleslaw) throw in some mushroom and bacon or turkey bacon or whatever meat you have when done put on plate. Fry up 2 eggs I like over easy put them on top of the cabbage (coleslaw) and enjoy. I usually have a glass of skim milk to go with.

    I like a bowl of cereal 3/4 cup with a little milk. usually kids cereal like Cocoa Puffs, fruit loops etc. that's at 3:30 AM
    I find if I eat breakfast I get hungry really early in the day around 8ish and then struggle until lunch.
    If I just have coffee and then a light snack at the office I do better...and have some saved calories for dinner

    I love breakfast and have a handful of choices.

    Cereal with almond milk and sliced fruit (rare)

    Cottage cheese with closed berries whole wheat toasted all drizzled in honey(my fave)

    Egg whites, fruit and zucchini/potato hash browns

    Breakfast burrito with soyrizo(vegan chorizo), spinach, egg whites in a whole wheat tortilla

    Hash with potato, soyrizo, egg whites, spinach

    My breakfast smoothie which I had today had

    1 banana
    1/2 kiwi
    1 peeled carrot
    3 chunks pineapple
    3 strawberries
    Handful of kale
    Handful of my greens mixture (spinach, bok choy and chard)

    Mmmmm
