Since these're apart of, your normal activities; they don't count as exercise! Exercise's what you choose to, do beyond what's necessary; such as: taking the stairs instead of the elevator, going to the gym; etc.

@bakerchloe you should set your normal daily activity level as: Lightly Active

@blackcomaro you should set your normal daily activity level as: Very Active

If you really wanted to track it, you could pick out a wearable like Fitbit or Samsung Gearfit (if you're smartphone is android) or any of the other ones. None of the step counters are completely 100% accurate but at the very least it could baseline your activity for you and give you more data than what you currently have.

Don't want to thread hijack... I use the pedometer on S- Health on my s7 but don't log it in MFP.

make your activity level active, and watch the scales for 4-6 weeks, tweak as necessary.

I would suggest making your activity level active, then follow MFP. If you can, you should get yourself an activity tracker; I have a Fitbit. Then each of your movements, regardless if you do them every day, or once a week, will be tracked and you can control CICO better. The Fitbit One is very inexpensive and can be clipped onto your shirt so your hand movements aren't added unnecessarily. I have a Fitbit Flex, and it has made weight loss much easier to manage.
