Net question, yet again

sorry guys, every time I think i've got a handle on this I seem to mess up.
so I've eaten 723 calories out of my allotted 1360 daily calories. I exercised and burned through 432 calories. Netting me a grand total of 292 calories. so how much more do I need to eat? lol

1360 - 292 = 1068.
or
1360 - 723 + 432 = 1069 (one of your numbers is off by 1)
But that assumes the 432 is accurate. Depends on where it came from. If you got it from MFP, then only eat back half or so.
1360 - 723 +216 = 8530 -

Basically what he said. I'd personally eat enough to get you to 1200 net, so at least 900.1 -

Look at it this way...eating X but exercising and only being left with Y is the exact same thing as only eating Y...in this case, you're effectively giving your body a mere 292 calories...it would be the same thing as just eating 292 calories.0 -

Basically what he said. I'd personally eat enough to get you to 1200 net, so at least 900.
I agree, netting too little especially long term is not healthy0 -
holy cow how am I going to cram that much in my body in a few hours ??0
