Net question, yet again

sorry guys, every time I think i've got a handle on this I seem to mess up.

so I've eaten 723 calories out of my allotted 1360 daily calories. I exercised and burned through 432 calories. Netting me a grand total of 292 calories. so how much more do I need to eat? lol

    1360 - 292 = 1068.
    or
    1360 - 723 + 432 = 1069 (one of your numbers is off by 1)

    But that assumes the 432 is accurate. Depends on where it came from. If you got it from MFP, then only eat back half or so.

    1360 - 723 +216 = 853

    Look at it this way...eating X but exercising and only being left with Y is the exact same thing as only eating Y...in this case, you're effectively giving your body a mere 292 calories...it would be the same thing as just eating 292 calories.

    I agree, netting too little especially long term is not healthy

    the 432 was from my Garmin vivosmart hr. fairly accurate I hope! lol

    You should have eaten more earlier? Plus 1069 calories isn't really all that much if you eat calorie dense food
