I would like to be at least 20 pounds heavier. I have a fast metabolism, and a naturally smaller appetite. Any tips?

The likelihood of a fast metabolism is probably small. It's the small appetite that probably isn't helping. Look a the above thread to give you some strategies and foods to help. Also, do you want to gain all fat or fat and muscle?2 -
I used to think the same until I did some research, if your struggling to gain weight you need to eat more, just keep eating as much as you can and gradually increase it, liquid calories can help to make you feel less full you can get 1000 calories in with one shake if you add protein, milk, oats, banana, coconut oil.3

You don't have a fast metabolism. You probably overestimate what you eat and need to eat more.1

I can help you get in a lot of calories. 8 times a day eat 2 pieces of chicken cook it with olive oil Panko crumbs and use bbq sauce then make 2 red or sweet potatoes. In the morning my first meal is 3 eggs and 500 ml of milk. Bam done. It does not get any easier than this diet1

Drink protein shake like before bed not through out the day. Supplements = *kitten* real food equals real gains!2

I can get you to 5000 calories a day if you want. And make it easy just add in 500 ml of milk with all those meals and a peanut butter and jelly sandwich0

If your body fat gets over 15% then just lower carbs eat high protein and high fats and still lift heavy so you don't lose muscle mass0

If you imagine this situation in reverse (someone saying "I'd like to lose 20 pounds, but I have a slow metabolism and a large appetite"), it's easy to see that there are tons of tips/tricks for getting them where they want to be, but at some point, they're just going to have to eat less than they burn, right? There are tons of tips and tricks that will help you gain (eating lower-volume/higher-calorie foods, drinking your calories, adding fats/oils, etc.), but it all boils down to the fact that you need to eat more than you burn to gain weight.
Read the link that psulemon posted above; it's an excellent cheat sheet for gaining.4 -

I am 22 yrs old, weighing 100lbs. My goal is to be at least 125-130 and maintain that weight. I have always struggled with gaining weight because I'm hungry every 3 hrs and I never had the time to sit down eat. For the past two weeks I have committed myself to letting go of those excuses. Now I'm indulging into more carbs, waking up early to make sure I eat enough throughout the day, and staying away from fears of the wrong foods. I did my research for years now and it's all about macros, what's your favorite foods, dressings, and snacks, making shakes, exercising, and discipline. I wish you the best of luck! It can be difficult but you can get there as well!1
