Yes please!!!! Mmmm beignets. I've tried to make them myself but every time they aren't nearly as good. Why did you ever leave and go to Buffalo? Every time I go to New Orleans I end up staying longer than planned. Once I quit my job and stayed until my savings ran out. So be prepared for a lengthly visit!!!

Work. New Orleans and the surrounding area weren't a hot bed for tech jobs. I mean, neither is Buffalo, but the company up here was the first out of state place to offer me a job after I searched locally for about 3 months.

I spent my first 35 years there, so lengthly visit isn't a problem...got numerous places to crash. lol. We go down there about twice a year (was just there in October and will be flying down on the 23rd of this month), but even if we stay two weeks each time, I never get to do all the things I say we're going to do.

Last couple of things I googled were: carob and carob chocolate substitute. I try to avoid caffeine but miss chocolate so...yeah. I wonder if it taste similar.
