New to this started on new years at 302 lbs goal is to be below 230 on Jan 10 I was already 288 lbs I have made this a lifestyle change not a diet I have completely changed how I eat and am now on a great workout schedule.... looking for friends on here feel free to add me0

I live a Low Carb life style. I need more friends and support. Looking for more low carb ideas, snacks and such. *private diary*. I'm looking for a lowwww carb white yeast bread. Working on that. The oopsie and cake heavy breads are good for some things but not for a grilled cheese. If 1 slice of bread is more then 3 carbs minus the dietary fiber, no thank you. I count my carbs.
