    Solid list Kyle.

Quinn is great, I just started listening to some of his stuff and it's great.

For sure, all awesome insightful guys.

There's so many more popping into my head.... Mike Tuchscherer, Mike Zourdos are two more

Those guys are outstanding too. Zourdos is farkin hilarious too. He did an entire module with something like 10 videos (several hours of footage) for the SBS academy on powerlifting prep and programming. Outstanding content.

    He is pure click bait?

8 healthy foods that make you fat, spot reducing love handles. Clue. there is no healthy food. Only healthy diets and you can't spot reduce.

No, he's a doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Was head PT for a major league baseball team as well as assistant strength coach. Knows his stuff.

Then why make videos like the ones on his you tube site?

Guacamole etc does not make you fat.

I watched two of his videos and they were pure click bait.

Maybe you tube doesn't show his knowledge in a good light. Where have you read about him? His qualifications mean jack, just look at Dr Oz selling his soul for a few £

Elliot hulse (strength camp) Jeff cavalier, and ómar lsaf are my go to YouTube channels. All of them use science backed evidence for their claims. Very informative

I would give a big "no" to Hulse, his old stuff is fine but he went off the deep end a few years ago and his new stuff is just total crap. If you are talking backed by science Hulse is not anywhere near scientific, his old stuff is at least reasonable but he has no background in science and everything is just opinion and mostly new age, feel good, self-help crap even in the earlier videos, but at least those give some decent training advice.

I'm surprised nobody has mentioned Dr. Mike Israetel of Juggernaut Training Systems, this is one of the legit heavy lifters who has a PhD and walks the walk as well. Jeff Cavalier is another one as well as others mentioned such as Eric Helms, Dr Brad Schoenfeld , Lyle McDonald and Alan Aragon who I would highly recommend also. I would also add in Dr. Layne Norton, which I don't think I saw previously mentioned.

He's actually both. Clickbait and good advice. The two aren't necessarily mutually exclusive.

As someone with some limitations, I can say I've found his perspective as a PT really helpful. Give his lifting vids a try. He knows his stuff.

And thanks for bumping this thread, it's a really good one.

He does. And I love his ab workouts. Although, he does have a slight aversion to leg workouts.

I'd add Sohee Lee, who I follow on Instagram. She's all about sustainable diet and exercise habits, all backed by research. She's a protege of Bret Contreras, whom I admire greatly.

Brad Schoenfeld for information on hypertrophy. He is an actual researcher and not some social media guy so harder to find interviews. His hypertrophy meta was really worth the read.

Mark Rippetoe for information in proper lift form, novice programming, and intermediate strength training. Wrote Starting Strength and helped in writing Practical Programming. He is a no BS type of old guy and does not hold back on calling stuff “silly bull****”.

I tend to avoid social media folks as they run out of their own material and either go clickbait or just regurgitate what others have written in the past.

He’s a tool. Dr Oz might pull an interesting fact out of his *kitten* once in a while, doesn’t change the fact he is also a tool. Pretty much for same reason. Clickbait and selling people bunk to make a buck or get views.

Another with a very interesting perspective is Tim Ferriss http://fourhourbody.com/ The title of the book is a little clickbait like, however I have played with his processes and they are neat. Worth a read imo
