As a 60 yo, somewhat beat up lifter, I find these guys have a lot of good advice on working around issues and getting proper mobility back as well as building strength.

Thank you for the list and links. I'm 57 and struggling a bit with finding work around. Appreciate the info :)

Great list of names so far. I learn a lot watching Jeff Cavaliere's Youtube channel (https://www.youtube.com/user/JDCav24).

He is a physical trainer by trade, so he ends up providing scientific explanations and often uses a skeleton to show you how the lift is working, or how a particular lift will screw up your shoulder. It is a lot of free content, but he is of course selling his workout programs.

I think he is great as well, explains things so well!!!

Elliot hulse (strength camp) Jeff cavalier, and ómar lsaf are my go to YouTube channels. All of them use science backed evidence for their claims. Very informative

I gotta give Elliot props for being one of the few people mentioned here, who also has a respectable deadlift. "Practice what you preach" always looks better when it's got strong personal results behind it. ;)

Those guys are outstanding too. Zourdos is farkin hilarious too. He did an entire module with something like 10 videos (several hours of footage) for the SBS academy on powerlifting prep and programming. Outstanding content.

    He is pure click bait?

8 healthy foods that make you fat, spot reducing love handles. Clue. there is no healthy food. Only healthy diets and you can't spot reduce.

No, he's a doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Was head PT for a major league baseball team as well as assistant strength coach. Knows his stuff.
