Can yall share your BEFORE & AFTER pics? And how you got the results? I need some motivation! :(

I have several different programs, and can't decide which route to go.
I have Cize which seems fun, but I'm concerned I won't get the results I really want.
I have 21 day fix which seems simple enough, but again, I'm not sure I will get the muscle tone I'm looking for.
I have Insanity, but I'm not sure I can do it! lol
I have many other workout videos...like 30 day shred, ripped in 30, butt bible, and a ton more.
So...what did YOU do, and what diet did you follow?
I just mainly want to eat healthier and workout more and see what happens. I feel like I will naturally lose weight doing that. I could be wrong though. lol
I would ultimately love to burn fat and tone up of course...but one thing that is really important to me is I used to have a nice bubble butt, and now it's drooped and saggy and I've developed saddlebags and it's still big, but not round like a bubble anymore. So, I would like to figure out how to get that back. Aside from that I have also developed a muffin top, but I imagine changing my diet and cardio will shrink that some on it's own. Just wondering which program is going to BUILD my butt, and NOT shrink it.

I started at 275Ibs and have lost 80 so far. I didn't follow a diet I did pretty much what you've said, eat healthier and exercise. I started jogging 4x a week for 45 mins. What motivated me was when I was told I was too big to ride a roller coaster, that was it I knew I had to change.

Unfortunately this isn't current, but I'm working back towards it! I'm back up to 160.
Anyway! I started out at 190 and the after photo is around 145.
What did I do? Religiously counted my calories. Every. Single. Bite. I didn't follow a diet, I still drank beer and ate pizza...just way less of it and in moderation. I walked a lot. On my lunch break id walk around and around and around the parking lot. I'd walk more when I got home. I started hiking and exploring trails at our nature center. I tried to run when I can but am not a good runner and actually hate it so didn't run far or often. Id do 10-20 minute workout videos at home. I went to the gym and did usually 20 min cardio and then some basic strength training.
Don't get caught up on one workout program (cize, 21df, insanity, etc) ...utilize workouts from all of them. Look on YouTube and find a trainer that you like to workout with. I personally like Coach K from HASFit.
Log your food. Weigh your food. Love the process. Slow and steady. Don't expect instant results because that's now how it works. It took me 2 years to lose that 45 lbs but I kept it off 2 years after that. I'm in my situation now bc I worked my *kitten* off for my wedding and then stopped all of my calorie counting and working out afterwards and gained back up to 160. Don't be like me

This is at 44lbs down (I started at 229, but have no clothed photos from day 1). I ate 1500-1600c per day, including my favorite fast food meal from Zaxby's almost every Wednesday. I worked out very little, just made sure I got up and moved around more than usual. I used a food scale and weighed almost everything I ate.
ETA: I stopped using MFP after I lost 50lbs and, over the next couple years, gained 30 of it back. I'm here again and will get down to my goal weight this time.7 -

Well, I'm one of those who did very well on the program in 2015 - I lost 50 lbs in just about 7 months. I watched my calories and was working out at the gym as well. Some weeks I lost more than others - I had a bit of craziness going on with my thyroid so I would often lose 3 - 4 lbs a week instead of the recommended 2.
Then when I reached benchmark #1, almost 50 lbs lost, half-way to goal - I just kind of stopped doing "my thing." I still exercised a little but I stopped logging in to MFP, therefore I stopped counting calories. I let the weight creep back on and then I had some stress in my life and I ended up almost back to where I was... but here are my pics - before, after, now back to almost before, lol. I've been back on plan for about 3 weeks now. I kept my profile pic as my first before/after pic to help motivate me to stay on target every time I log in.

I lift weights and do cardio for fitness but weightloss is all about maintaining a calorie deficit. I would suggest lifting to preserve muscle mass and whatever form of cardio you can stick with, preferably something you enjoy, for cardiovascular health. Exercise to get fit. Eat right to lose weight.19 -
After two months of backpacking in Southeast Asia. Ate what I wanted but tons of exercise in. Walked 3-10 km a day and hiked 2-3 times a week. Only lost about 15 pounds but gained a lot of muscle!
Top: 175 lbs
Bottom: 160 lbs

The picture on the left isn't even at my heaviest. I was a size 24 there and the right is my recent weight of 160. At my heaviest I weighed 317 lbs and it took me 2 years to lose what I have. I did Insanity. Best advice for that program is to only do what you can do, not what the class on screen is doing. When I started I had to modify a lot of the moves and now I can do most of them normally. I also have a Fitbit and try to take at least a couple walks a day. Good luck!16 -
Before is 160 lbs and after is 140lbs. Took about 4 months to lose 20 lbs. I kept my calorie intake to 1200 6 days a week and 2000 on the 7th day. Lots of Cardio - jogging and running 4-5 times a week for 30 minutes to an hour.
I started to slowly gain after my wedding so now I've adoped Chris and Heidi Powell's 21 Day transformartion diet and exercise whenever I gain 5-10 lbs and that brings me back on track. Target weight is 130. Current weight is 144.8 -
I started my weight loss journey on Nov 5, 2016. I have been doing well with cutting calories and exercising about 3 days a week (cardio and strength) but have now been diagnosed with Thoracic Outlet Syndrome and Hypothyroid so expecting the weighloss to slow down a bit.

In 12 months i have lost 45kgs/ 100lbs. The before photo is older than 12 months but I actually weighed a bit heavier when i started than compared to this before photo :-) I do 1 hour cardio everyday. Lift weights 5 days a week and yoga for 1 hour everyday I eat 1400 calories a day. And try to eat a high protein diet.

The key is- do something- just don't exercise in a way that will make you miserable because then you won't stick with it. Some of these workout videos are pretty extreme and you may burn out pretty quickly. It's all about finding a routine that you love and that you will continue long term. That being said, about 80-90% of losing weight happens in the kitchen. It's mainly about how much you eat- CICO- so yes find a workout routine that you love but also get into simple habits that include keeping track of your calories and staying within your calorie budget and you should see a loss over time.6

I've done many things, but my weight loss has always come from counting calories. Everything else (vegetarian, vegan, no processed food, etc.), I was just able to maintain without counting calories (which has been fine for a while, I'm at a healthy enough weight, I'm just ready to lose the last little bit).
I do yoga and pilates mostly, with some strength training and hikes, and I get 10,000 steps every day. If I feel like I want to do cardio or HIIT, I will, but I don't force myself to. Just do what you like or you'll burn out. I use Fitness Blender and the Gaiam (not sure I'm spelling that right) Yoga Studio app mostly now, as I've found those are what I enjoy the best. I don't restrict myself food wise, just calorie wise - else I will end up binging on the food I wouldn't let myself have. Everything in moderation, or as close to moderation as I can get within my calories. However, it is nice to eat nutrition dense, low calorie foods (fruits, veggies, whole starches) so that I can still eat a lot.
Be nice to yourself. It doesn't happen overnight and it's not the easiest feat in the world, but it'll happen, and it's worth it. Don't beat yourself up if you slip up, just get "back on the horse" as they say. Take it slow and learn to love your body along the way. And focus on mental health and other hygiene too - skin care, dental care. It helped me to take care of myself and want the weight loss not for aesthetic reasons, but because I loved my body and wanted it to be the best it could be.
And most importantly, for me - Do Not compare yourself to others. Don't feel like you need to lose weight faster or workout harder or get discouraged because you aren't where someone else is. You are where you are, and if you're losing even .2 of a pound a week, that is still progress. Just keep on keeping on.
