Slimquick drink mix. Good or Bad Choice?

I've been wondering about the slimquick products. They say it's fat burner for women, but does it really work. I was just curious. I know eating right and exerising will get me where I need to be. But, I was just wondering...

    I've never heard of slim quick, but when I first started losing weight I tried a weight loss pill.(name escapes me).generally the stuff made me feel jumpy and anxious. I had much better results with just keeping a food dairy.

    If its one of those meal replacement drinks, my personal opinion is you do what works for you. Just make sure you don't starve your self.
