    I'm 34 and today, the 31st Jan 2017, I weigh 162lb (73.6kg) and want to get to a maintenance level of between 140-144lb (63.5-65.5kg)...

    I'm 32 and I want to loose 60lbs. Add me bc I don't know how to add people. Every time I click on a name it asks if I want to send a message. Then when I try to send a message it won't keep the name in the box lol.
