What do you put on fish before grilling?

I just bought a couple of different kinds of fish that come pre-portioned and frozen. Specifically yellowfin tuna and tilapia. I'm trying to avoid marinades, simply because they tend to burn on my george foreman grill. What kind of dry seasoning do you guys put on your fish before it hits the grill?

A little lemon is nice... you could also try an herb blend, like Mrs. Dash.

A bit of lemon juice and some mixed herbs or a sprinkle of garlic and cayenne pepper for a spicy kick

I usually make a "bed" of thyme on the Geroge foreman then lay my fish on top of it then lay lemons over my fish and close the lid until it is done.

The only thing I put on my fish when I use my GF grill is a little salt/pepper and then I spray over the top of that with butter flavored non-stick spray to keep the salt/pepper on and get a hint of butter flavor for 0 calories :)

Old Bay seasoning with a splash of lemon juice, or Blackened seasoning.
