Had afib surgery a success, in recovery gained 40 lbs

Almost a year ago was diagnosed with afib. Surgery was great recovery was painful and long now I have to loose the weight to get off of blood pressure meds which I was never on before. I'm 44 married with 2 teenager kiddos, I live in central Fl. Work out consists of mostly jogging a mile or 2 5 days a week

They used radio waves to cut the the bad nerves around my heart0

I had a cryo-ablation, they froze my nerve endings. I see my doctor next week to discuss getting off of my meds. Good luck.1
