    Weighing in today because I had shoulder surgery this pm. All is well but anticipate I won't be ready to weigh-in and post tomorrow. Lost 1.6 pounds this week!!!

    All went well. May slowdown my exercise for a while but will be worth it when my arm recovers. Thanks for the support

    Total weight lost:5lbs
    This week's successes: Measured myself and lost inches, so that balances no weight loss.
    This week's challenges: Analysing where and how to best reduce calories. I was marginally over calories for the week (average of 40 calories a day excess) but felt hungry on a couple of days, so I need to assess the good days and adapt accordingly. Also have 3 days in Dublin so no chance of weight loss next week.
