Hi! Just wanted to share some new photos with you all. Changed my life around in late february this year and went out for a walk and really enjoyed it. Found MFP in mars, and started logging food (the iPhone app is probably my most used app). Now 5 months after start I do interval exercise (6 km run / 4 km walk) 4 times a week and I swim 1.5-2 km 3 times a week. Can't think about not exercising every day, and I've never felt better. I do have some more weight to lose, but here's my journey in photos so far :)

Here's me late last year at my highest weight of about 150 kilos:

This is two months ago at 25 kilos down:
