    Natural confidence...not to be with confused with cockiness. To me, a man who is cocky is unattractive. It tells me that you know your living or trying beyond ameans (which sometimes isn't a bad thing, just be humble about it) that you won't ever get past or accomplish.

    A man who can lead/take the lead...sexy!

    For men, my weakness is probably a good beard physically. So hot. Personality wise, is a wide ranged sense of humor. I love sarcasm and people who can joke around and not get offended.
    For women, I love myself a cute girly girl. Confident. Someone who isn't a whiner.
