I use 2% milk for my husband's overnight oats...1/2 cup quick oats, 1/2 cup milk, a tsp of pb2 and some brown sugar usually come to about 200 calories....Less if I sub in cinnamon or other spices for pb2.

If you're just using it for oatmeal, try unsweetened almond or cashew milk, 25-30 calories a cup which blows away any dairy milk, by a mile. And you likely won't even notice the difference if you're mixing it into oatmeal.

Unsweetened vanilla almond milk is 30 calories a cup or any unsweetened nut milk will be a good low calorie option.

Definitely almond, cashew or coconut milk. The coconut milk is a little higher than the other nut milks, but adds a lovely light coconut flavor plus some electrolytes.

I often make my oatmeal with just water and a splash of almond milk coffee creamer. Super low cals for the liquid part.

Another vote for cashew milk. I like the taste best out of almond, cashew and coconut milks

The nut milks can't beat dairy for the protein content. I vote for skim milk if you are really concerned about the calories.

I like unsweetened soy. Has protein and less calories than skim milk.
