Remember what your body is!

I read so many posts about how people want to lose JUST fat, or they get discouraged because their weight fluctuates from one day to the next. Of COURSE you're not going to lose only fat. In the process of cutting calories and exercising, your body is using water among other things. Not to mention the fact that your body has to digest the food you eat, however little, so there's going to be some...ehem..."matter" inside you at any given time.

My point: This is a journey. It's not a race. And your body is a living organism with all sorts of functions. Be realistic and educate yourselves on the processes and makeup of the human body. Then and only then will this make sense to you!
