Deadlifts, I'm kinda shy to do hip thrusters in the gym.

Just don't make eye contact with anyone and you're good; or do and make a hilarious spectacle of it if they look at you odd as you do so.

Overhead squats and front squats. They use everything, and make the cores strong!

It's just that it feels awkward, no I never make eye contact when I work out.

It depends on the day. On leg day I love leg press. Shoulder day, lateral raises, Arm day it's incline bench curls

Split squats! One leg RDL! They are both destroying my ego right now, which means it will just come back bigger and stronger, right??

I'm new to lifting but I like Deadlifts, Bench and Barbell Rows the most.

I used to love Squats but for some reason I now feel unbalanced and insecure when doing it. I also sometimes feel a bit dizzy (maybe from going up and down rather frequently?)
So, the next best is deadlifts. I just LOVE how strong it makes you feel.

deadlifts and bench press. I also like goodmornings

I used to think there was NOTHING good about them.

Deadlifts are my FAVE and weighted glute bridge and good mornings are tied for second.

Deadlifts. I like my heaviest lift. Actually hip thrusts are my heaviest...I like them too.
