I am recommitting to a healthier approach to food. In 2016, I lost 25 pounds but gained 15 back. I recognize my unhealthy behavior and am back on track in 2017. Down 4 pounds!

I have to practice a healthier approach to eating. Just like practicing with other new things, I have a technique, I reflect, I look for models, and I forgive myself when I derail and get back on track.0
