Cut out all sugars except natural sugars from fruits and counting calories. Going to gym everyday

    Hey starting at 262 wanna get down to 180 ish.
    Cut out all rubbish, eating clean and working out...hope it works

    Measuring & logging portions is a great idea. Figure out what things need changing.

    But elimination diets have never worked out well for me. Sure I can lose the weight, but if I ever address the problem I regain the weight. Ask yourself, are you willing to give up all added sugars for the rest of your life? Now my mantra is all things in moderation. I allow myself a sweet treat everyday. Typically at the end of the day. I save it for the thing I'm craving.....a 100 calorie pack of Oreo crisps, or an ice cream sandwich.
