Proud of my meals this week! Very flavorful & I was full after each one!
Chicken teriyaki with low sodium chicken broth & low sodium teriyaki sauce served over a bed of quinoa:
Salmon baked in a foil, lightly painted with a homemade garlic butter spread (butter, garlic powder, crushed red pepper), sprinkled with parmesan, w/ garlic cloves and fresh lemons laying on top with a side of sautéed fresh green beans with garlic, onions and mushrooms. Avocado slices.

Thai Coconut Curry Seafood Soup. Made it myself. 33% protein with calamari, squid, mussels, shrimp, haddock and frogs legs. 270 calories per 500 ml (2 cup) serving.
Thanks to Jenny Jones, my first home made, skillet pizza. Whole wheat pastry flour crust, onions, mushrooms, turkey sausage, smoked salmon, my homemade spaghetti sauce. I think it's a 12" skillet. 1350 calories and worth every single one.

Pepper steak with rice. Not the healthiest, but it's my most favorite meal ever. My mom used to make it for us growing up but I don't eat it often any more. I usually make it with chicken, but it just isn't the same. So gooooood.

My 13 yr old cooked this for the family last night.
Sweet chilli and lemongrass caramelised chicken with a side of baby spinach and kale.
