    How do you get started?
    In my case, it was just a matter of deciding that it was time. I'm very stubborn, so the day I decided to change my life, I started doing the things that needed to be done. I dumped the junk food, restocked with healthy options, started guzzling water, and got my body moving.
    At first, all I could really do was walk around the neighborhood because I was so out of shape and heavy, but I did it anyway to develop the habit of exercising and soon grew to love exercise in various forms.
